Brain training program fined $2 million

In future the company is forbidden to make any claims that are not substantiated by reliable scientific evidence that is (1) randomised, adequately controlled, and blinded to the maximum extent practicable; and (2) conducted by researchers qualified by training and experience to conduct such testing’.
